  • Do you pick up from the cruise terminal?
    Yes! We can meet you right outside the Cobh Cruise Terminal, or anywhere else you’re staying locally. Look for our driver with a clearly marked sign for easy meeting.
  • Do I need to book in advance?
    We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee availability. However, we often have last-minute spaces — feel free to message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
  • How do I pay for my tour?
    You can pay your driver directly in cash (Euro), or we can send you a secure online payment link via email or WhatsApp before your tour.
  • What happens if my ship is delayed or arrives early?
    No problem — we track all cruise ship arrivals in real time. If your ship’s schedule changes, simply message us and we’ll adjust your pickup time accordingly. Your tour is fully flexible around your arrival.
  • Are the tours private or shared with others?
    All of our tours are completely private — just you and your group, with your own dedicated driver-guide.
  • Do you offer child seats or accessibility options?
    Yes! Let us know your requirements at the time of booking. We can provide child seats and arrange for vehicles suitable for guests with limited mobility where possible.
  • How long are the tours?
    Tour lengths vary based on your interests and available time. Most shore excursions are 4–6 hours, but we can customize a full-day or shorter experience to suit your needs.
  • What should I bring on the tour?
    We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a rain jacket (just in case!), and your camera. We’ll take care of the rest!
  • Can you customize a tour just for us?
    Absolutely! We love creating personalized tours based on your interests — whether it’s history, scenery, food, or shopping. Just let us know what you’d like to see and do.
  • Is there a cancellation policy?
    Yes — we understand plans can change. Tours cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
